Hanami

We organize cultural events throughout the year for the purpose of enlarging your experience. The details of the programs are announced two to three weeks in advance.

Please join us and experience Japanese culture! These events do not require Japanese ability, so please do not hesitate even if you do not speak Japanese. Please e-mail us for further information.

Jan. Old down town tour

Visiting shrines and Japanese gardens in an old downtown.
Feb. Plum blossoms Festival
(Yushima shrine)
Visiting a shrine, a temple, a garden and enjoy the plum blossoms.
Mar. Sakura Viewing Tour
(Ohanami)
Walking in Rikugi-en, having a tea with the view of sakura.
May. Children's day gathering
(Kodomo no hi)
Cooking, crafts, history and songs.
Jun. July 7th
(Tanabata)
Decorating bamboo tree, and singing.
Sep. Let's make rice paper!
(Washi kogei)
Visiting paper museum, making rice paper.
Oct. Japanese cooking class! Let's cook Japanese traditional autumn delicacies!
Nov. Watching Fall colors
(Momiji gari)
Enjoyng great "Koyo(coloring of leaves)" spots in Tokyo.
Dec. Japanese New Year Make a greeting card in Japanese style, make decorations and introducing other customs.
